Marion T. "Jody" Lanier III, Managing Broker, President - Jody is the 2nd generation President of the family business Lanier Homes. He holds the highest certification level awarded in the State of Georgia for Real Estate Appraisers in both Commercial and Residential properties for over 18 years. He has been a licensed Real Estate agent for 13 years and Broker for 7 years. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of the Savannah Realtors and Savannah Homebuilders Association and is actively involved in many local civic organizations.
Kimberly Lanier, Vice President and Property Manager - Kim manages the Property Management and Human Resources duties for the company. She is a mother of four children and provides a supporting role to Jody in both the home and the business. She graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Marketing and MBA in Business. She is actively involved in many local civic and educational organizations.
Sean Reeder, Head Accountant - Sean began his carreer with Lanier In May of 2009 after seven years at another local real estate company and brings a strong background in new construction, general brokerage, financial planning and all real estate accounting. He earned his MBA from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. He is married to his high school sweetheart Stefanie and they live in Southbridge with their three-year-old son, Grant. Judith Gomez, Accounting & Title Abstractor - Judith is from Venezuela and is bilingual. She began her career with Lanier Homes as a painter and excelled to work her way up to the office in her current position. Michael Morgan, Maintenance Superintendent - Mike has an extensive background in residential and commercial construction. He began his career at Lanier on the maintenance crew and has advanced to his current position.
Rafael Ravelo, Maintenance Supervisor - Rafael is from Venezuela and is bilingual. His career at Lanier began as a groundskeeper and has advanced to his current position.

Angie Dettmer,Resident Manager, Andover Crossing - Angie has been in the property management field for 12years. She has extensive training in fair housing laws. Angie also has a diploma in Interior Decorating. She has lived in Hawaii and Germany as well as other places in the United States.

Steve Elmgren - Realtor Savannah Native. Graduated from Benedictine in 1991. Worked for Southern Company, International Paper and owned a low voltage contracting business. Married to Shannon Bunton Elmgren, two daughters, Peyton (10) and Emerson (6).

Lyn Padgett - Realtor Is married with two young daughters. She holds a Georgia Real Estate License and has been active for a little over 5 years, she is also a current member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Lyn is knowledgable in the field of Residential Property Management. Her and her husband Randy are active members of Savannah Christian Church and their surrounding community.
