Meet the Staff
Managing Broker, President
Jody is the second generation President of the family business, Lanier Realty. His experience includes New Home Construction, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales, Property Redevelopment and Property Management. He holds the highest certification level awarded in the State of Georgia for Real Estate Appraisers in both Commercial and Residential properties for over 20 years. He has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years and a Broker for over 15 years. He also holds a certification as a Community Association Manager. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and Savannah Homebuilder's Association and is actively involved in many local civic organizations.
Kim is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Lanier Realty as well as a Licensed REALTOR. She also holds a certification as a Community Association Manager. She graduated with a BBA in Marketing and MBA in Business from Georgia Southern University where she was a former instructor of Marketing and Professional Selling. She is a mother of four children and a volunteer at Benedictine Military School, Saint Vincent's Academy, and Savannah Country Day School. She is also actively involved in her church and many local civic organizations.
Business Operations Manager
Jonathan is the Business Operations Manager of Lanier Realty. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Sport Management and attained his status as a PGA Certified Golf Professional shortly thereafter. After several years of teaching and mentoring junior golfers throughout Atlanta and south Georgia, Jonathan obtained his M.S. in Education from Valdosta State University. From there he served as the Communications and Alumni Coordinator. He later gained 5 years of Operations Management experience in retail with two large retailers before moving to Savannah with his wife and daughter. Jonathan spends his time with friends and family going hunting, fishing, camping, golfing, and playing guitar.
Will is the Controller at Lanier Realty, managing the accounting department. After college, he was self-employed for over 10 years with experience in construction and accounting. He has worked in public and private accounting for the last 12 years. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Finance. He is married and has 4 children. He is very active in his church, Veritas Academy Board, the Adrian Peterson Foundation Board, and is a member of the CFO Council of Savannah. Will enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and working out with his F3 boot camp group.
Sean manages our Business Operations at our affiliate company RE/MAX Savannah. He brings a strong background in New Construction, General Brokerage, and Financial Planning with over 15 years industry experience. He is a licensed Realtor and holds a CAM license as a Community Association Manger. He earned his MBA from Marshall University in Huntington, WV. Sean is involved in his church and many local civic organizations. He married his high school sweetheart, and they have two sons and one daughter.
Kathy is Lanier Realty’s Senior Accountant. She is a native of Savannah. She is married and has three daughters. She is a graduate of Savannah State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. She brings over 20 years of experience in financial accounting.
Becky is the Marketing Director for Lanier Realty. Becky brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development in the real estate industry working with several large retail property management companies in the southeast. She graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a degree in Broadcasting and Public Relations and attended graduate school at Mississippi State University. She has held a Georgia Real Estate License since 2013.
Amie is the Property Manager for Lanier Realty. She brings over 18 years of Customer Service experience, along with 10 years experience with property taxes and 4 years of experience with property appraising and auditing. She was born and raised in Savannah and as a true southern, has never met a stranger. Amie is a mother to four "fur" babies and in her free time she enjoys cooking and baking.
Amee is a team member of our Accounting department. She handles all of accounts payable for our Property Management, Sales, Rentals, and HOA division. She also processes move-outs for our Property Management and Rentals division. She is a graduate of South University with a BBA degree. She brings years of experience in Property Management, Civil & Family Law, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Collections, Rentals, Customer Service, and Leasing. Amee is bilingual, and is a self-proclaimed Foodie. She also enjoys hiking, photography, and traveling in her leisure time.
Ashley is the HOA Assistant for Lanier Association Management. She brings over 10 years of Customer Service experience, along with 5 years of Property Management experience to Lanier. She resides in Effingham County, where she was born and raised. In her free time she enjoys singing and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Porsche is an HOA Assistant for Lanier Association Management. She is a Savannah native. Porsche graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. She has held a Georgia Real Estate license for over 12 years. In her spare time, she enjoys creative writing, bowling, home décor projects, and spending time with her family.
Chyrisse Henderson is the HOA Assistant for Lanier Realty. Chyrisse brings over 10 years of real estate experience. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker & Community Association Manager (CAM License) specializing in luxury properties holding a Broker’s license in both Illinois & Georgia. Chyrisse recently to Savannah from the Midwest. In her spare time she enjoys creating mobile apps, boating, cooking & spending time with loved ones.
Leslie McKenzie is Lanier Realty's Leasing Manager and Front Office Coordinator. She has over 20 years leasing experience for both apartment communities and long term and short term property management rentals.
As the Property/Maintenance Supervisor, Bob is responsible for overseeing the home renovations, property inspections, and maintenance work orders for Lanier. Originally from Long Island, NY, he studied at New York Institute of Technology and is a member of the Community Associations Institute. Bob brings to Lanier over 35 years of experience having been a home improvement contractor and property manager. He has been married for over 30 years and has two daughters. In his free time, Bob enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with his family and beloved yellow lab, Cooper.
Joe is the Maintenance Supervisor for Lanier Realty. He is a native of Savannah. Joe has been in home building management for over 15 years and a home improvement contractor for over 30 years. He has been married for over 30 years, and he is the proud father of two children and two grandchildren. In his free time, Joe enjoys going fishing, church, and spending time with his family.
Melissa is an HOA Assistant for Lanier Association Management. She brings over 10 years of customer service experience from working in her family’s business before it was sold. She is the mother of two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys walking around downtown to take in all of Savannah's southern charm.
Destini comes to Lanier Realty from Jacksonville, Florida with a background in retail and customer service. She is a junior at Armstrong Atlantic State University, earning a Bachelor's in English. Outside of work, her hobbies include creative writing and singing.
Shay brings several years of experience in Customer Service to Lanier Realty and has enjoyed learning about Property Management! Shay is originally from Augusta, but she has called Savannah her home for the past 35 years. She is married and has two daughters in college. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. Shay and her family are members of Isle of Hope Methodist Church where she has been a Preschool Teacher for several years also.
KeYuanna is an Leasing Assistant for Lanier Association Management. She graduated from Georgia Southern University and brings over a decade of diverse customer service experience to the team. In her free time she enjoys reading, Netflix, and watching reality tv.
Brett is an Advertising Assistant who also provides support to the HOA division of Lanier Realty. He grew up in Kennesaw, GA and moved to Savannah to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design. He enjoys going to concerts, printmaking, and watching movies.
Harley is a Savannah native who is married with two boys. She is currently enrolled at Savannah Technical College in the Accounting Program pursuing an Applied Science Degree in Accounting. She works in our Accounting Department processing payments for Homeowners Association and Rental accounts. During her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family.
Sarah Blake Rodgers
Sarah Blake is a rising junior at Savannah Arts Academy, majoring in visual arts. She is an Office Assistant to the Accounting department. Sarah Blake loves babysitting and spending time with her friends at Tybee Island. She enjoys all the friendly staff at the company!
Donna is a motivated career professional with a strong commitment to her clients. She has over 25 years’ experience in real estate. She provides honest answers and keeps her clients informed throughout the entire process. Donna has received many awards and recognition including the Centurion Award, the President's Cub Award, the Golden Eagle Award and is a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society (formally the Million Dollar Club)
